    Individual Mindfulness
Mindfulness meditation is a practice that has touched the lives of many, for over 2600 years. Today, many Buddhists and secular students practice individually and in meditation communities or sanghas. Mindfulness encompasses not just meditation, but a way of being, communicating, action, and kind presence. This practice is about liberation.
I have been trained in the Theravada tradition and have been on many vipassana retreats over the years. I also have training and practice in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and have also experienced MBCT as a client. MBCT is what led me to seek out a deeper spiritual experience with mindfulness meditation and journey towards Buddhist teachings, also known as Dhamma or Dharma.
Whether you want to explore secular mindfulness or Buddhist philosophy, psychology, and teachings, we can work together to cultivate:
🖤 Patience
🖤 Presence
🖤 Curiosity
🖤 Loving-kindness
🖤 Concentration
🖤 Attention
🖤 Compassion
🖤 Acceptance
