Back to Basics: The Four Foundations of Mindfulness
This daylong retreat will include guided and silent meditations based in the ancient Buddhist text Satipatthana (The Four Establishments of Mindfulness), moving through mindfulness of the body, feelings, mind and phenomena.
This day retreat is oriented toward experienced practitioners with minimal guidance, though all are welcome. Feel free to reach out if you have questions.
Note: The following retreat April 4 will be more geared toward new practitioners.
When: Saturday, January 10, 10-4 pm (registration begins at 9:30am)
Where: 60 Lowther Ave, Toronto Quaker House
Facilitators: Michelle Nicholls, Rose Mina Munjee and Melina Bondy
The registration fee covers use of the space and administration.
Donations will be received (cash and etransfer) during the retreat in the spirit of dana, generosity.
Meals are not provided - bring your own lunch
