Cultivating Peace, Authenticity, and True Love - a TNI Toronto BIPOC Day Retreat

  • Friends House 60 Lowther Avenue Toronto, ON, M5R 1C7 Canada (map)

This day-long retreat will support us in growing our place to rest in metta (heartfulness), in concert with upekkha (spaciousness), and ahimsa (non-harming), so we can live and lead with love and wisdom. The program includes sitting, walking, gentle Qi Gong and mindful movement, eating, and loving-kindness meditation from the Buddhist tradition, suitable for new and experienced practitioners of any and no faith tradition. All BIPOC folks are welcome!
